What we collect
When you request quotes or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, company/lab, and the details of your request (service needed, lab size, timeline, and any message you write). We also log technical data like the page you submitted from.
How we use it
- Quote matching: Quote-request details are shared with the audit firms and service providers matched to your request — that's the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
- Contact requests: we use your details to reply to you.
- Site improvement: aggregated, non-identifying analytics about which pages help visitors.
What we don't do
We don't run advertising profiles on you, and we don't publish your details. Providers that receive your quote request may contact you about it; ask them directly about their own practices.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page (choose “Privacy request”). We'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to operate the matching service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll note the change and date here.
